Human resources service
The Human Resources service is responsible for the administrative, financial, individual and collective management of the Unit’s staff, in compliance with the management schedule of its supervisory bodies and with regulations.
In addition to its traditional tasks of personnel management, the Human Resources service aims to contribute to a human resources policy that takes into account all aspects of the working environment in order to better respond to individual situations. It listens to the staff of the IGF and supports each of them at every stage of their professional lives.
In particular, its role is to provide support and advice to members of the laboratory when recruiting staff on fixed-term contracts or setting up agreements and grants for trainees.
The Human Resources department is the interface between IGF staff and the HR departments of the 3 supervisory bodies.
